Lawrence W. Swol

Mr. Swol is a technical hands-on operations professional with over twenty-five years of global industry experience with diverse expertise in operations, engineering, supply chain and Quality management disciplines. Mr. Swol’s experience includes international operations of OEM Electronics and ISO certified Electro-mechanical Contract Manufacturing within both private and public companies within the medical devices, consumer and commercial electronics industry. Mr. Swol’s has worked directly in the contract manufacturing industry for ten years with six of those years in a Maquiladora environment managing approximately 1100 employees, within a 200,000 square foot Reynosa, Mexico manufacturing facility specializing in the production of printed circuit boards, cabling, and final box build assemblies serving a global customer base.  

Mr. Swol received a BASc in Electronics Technology from Sienna Heights University and an MBA from Our Lady of the Lake University.  He currently is an Adjunct Professor at Texas State University.
